This boat is in Dry Rack Storage at Shell Point Marina which means the motor has been flushed after each use and saltwater is rinsed before put back in rack for the past 10 years. 
It was store in our garage until it went to Shell Point Marina and stored in our garage prior to that.
The boat runs fantastic, all the cushions, canvas and accessories has been stored in the garage after each use.
The motor has had maintained and kept up by the Marina mechanic who has an outstanding reputation. The motor is a Johnson 120.
Some features included: Bimini top, live well, Ice chest, dive platform, built in tackle box, dual batteries. There is also a three quarter canvas to enclose the front and sides behind the windshield.
It has had the VRO disconnected and converted to premix, which was the advice of from our mechanic who knows from working on motors for over 30 years. The motor runs strong as you will see during a sea trial that is only for serious buyers.
The trailer is a custom Performance trailer that has never been stored outdoors, it has a removable tongue so it fits in the garage.
