We had the boat bottom painted and the staff and workers were all very nice, did a great job, and accommodated our schedule. This was our third visit with our boats. Good work every time.

Shell Point Marina
Shell Point Marina, located at the mouth of the Little Manatee River in Ruskin, FL with access to Tampa Bay mere minutes from the dock, is privately owned and managed. We are a private marina and club with no access to the public other than fuel and pump out services. The original Marina, dating back decades, has been completely transformed to incorporate the boating lifestyle into both the Marina and Service Yard. We offer guided tours 8-5 daily so that you can see for yourself the difference between an “Old School Florida” marina and those corporate rollups that are now all too common. Bring a beverage of your choice to enjoy and come shoot a game of pool or challenge us to a round of air hockey in our tiki-themed entertainment pavilion. If you are lucky, you just might arrive during feeding time for our leopard tortoises—yes, we are all about the journey—hope we piqued your interest!
Dry Storage
We offer open air Dry Storage for boats from 18’ to 32’ LOA. Your monthly fee includes unlimited launches with complimentary engine flushing and hull wash down upon your return to the Marina. Our web-based boat scheduling program allows access to your boat 24/7.

Located at the end of the Little Manatee River, secluded behind mangrove covered islands, our Wet Slips offer sheltered docking for both power boats and sailboats. With picture-perfect sunset views, we can accommodate water craft up to 50' LOA with 5' drafts.

With a Travel Lift capacity of 35 tons, we can haul boats with up to a 16’ beam for surveys, bottom jobs, mechanical work, or general maintenance. Work in the Service Yard can be performed by boat owners or approved licensed and insured contractors.

While visiting my sis in Tampa she surprised me by taking me out on a boat in Ruskin. The experience was amazing. Shell Point Marina staff was awesome and so attentive to our needs, the staff carried our equipment from the car to the boat and even had the cooler filled with ice for us. 5-star treatment all the way. I kept my 27′ SeaRay at Shell Point Marina for a year. Although they were going through renovations (it is looking AWESOME), they provided the best care, customer service, and communication that I have ever seen in a dry dock facility (although they have some wet slips). The staff seem to love what they do. Attentive. Their mobile app makes it so easy to make sure your boat is ready when you arrive. They never forgot to turn off my battery main switch! If I didn’t buy a home with a seawall to keep my boat close, I would stay with them.

I love this Marina, they have such an amazing staff. I love that I get to see Dolphins and Manatees right near the dock and having the ability to fuel up directly from the dock is really convenient and cost-effective.

I have been coming here for years, I always liked the place and it has only improved under new management. They are great with communication, and accommodating for special requests, and I can tell they genuinely are making efforts and trying to run this marina better every day.
