Wet Slip Storage

Our Wet Slips enjoy the added protection of a cove-like enclosed environment. The well-marked channel entering the Marina is lined with mangroves to the Southwest. All our pilings have permanent fenders and line holders for your protection and convenience. If you need help docking, we monitor channel 9 and are happy to help.

Our storage fees are not competitive; they are BELOW local market rates with better amenities and faster time to open water. Past the Marina, there are no long slow or no-wake zones all the way to Tampa Bay! Rates are quoted on a monthly per-foot basis calculated off of your boat’s LOA. The longer you commit upfront to boat with us, the less you pay per month, with a month-to-month commitment rate set at $20 per foot, a three-month contract set at $18 per foot, and a one-year contract set at $16 per foot. 30-amp electric service is available for an additional monthly fee of just $50, 50-amp at $85. Once your original contract matures, you can leave the Marina without penalty by providing 30 days written notice, in lieu of providing a security deposit upfront.
